Click It or Ticket Wreath Memorial
In 2016, 60 lives could have been saved with 100 percent seat belt use across Colorado. To commemorate these lives, the Colorado Department of Transportation put up 60 wreaths at Bandimere Speedway in Morrison to spread the message that seat belts save lives.
